GSM Modem Emulator Privacy Policy

The GSM Modem Emulator app emulates the SMS functions of a GSM modem over a WIFI connection. The modem emulator supports a subset of the ETSI 3GPP TS 27.005 and 3GPP TS 27.007 AT command specifications that is optimized to work with Diafaan SMS Server.

The app requests the following Android permissions:

SMS

• read your text messages (SMS or MMS)
• receive text messages (SMS)
• send SMS messages
• edit your text messages (SMS or MMS)

Phone

• read phone status and identity

Wi-Fi connection information

• view Wi-Fi connections

Device ID & call information

• read phone status and identity

Other

• view network connections
• full network access
• run at startup
• prevent device from sleeping

GSM Modem Emulator does not automatically collect and send data to the developers of the app or any third party.
