Hi Ahamed,

Diafaan SMS Server has a default limit of 3 message parts (SMS messages) per message, this prevents unintended high cost because most mobile operators bill each message part separately.

You can change the default limit in the GSM Modem Gateway or SMPP Gateway properties. Open the Gateway properties, select Advanced and set the MaxMessageParts property to the desired value.

Hi,

I am evaluating your SMS gateway basic edition, sending SMS through SQL Connector. The problem I am facing is that the maximum number of characters I am able to send is 201 arabic charactors only. And I can send 459 English charactors only. The customer wants more than this limit. How can I send SMS text having more number of charactors.? Please reply as soon as possible. Because the customer may opt to have another gateway if this one is not satisfying them. Thanks.
