I don't see anything peculiar in the communication log. There are no incoming messages registered in the log period that you sent me.
I would like to see the details of one of the empty messages from the receive log that you received during the communication log period. Just right-click on the receive log entry and select Copy to get the log details.

Hi Henk,
Thanks for your understanding.
I just sent you an email with the logs. Today I am seeing that there are only 2 blank messages received. This is not what I had originally reported.
Regards,
Mike

Understood. Support in the trial period is necessarily limited but if you can provide me with the communication log of the GSM modem I will have a look to see what might cause the empty messages.

Hi Henk,
I had downloaded the installation on a 30 day trial. During our testing and in the process of doing some small development we surpassed the 30 day trial. Because I did not test all aspects of your application, I was forced to install it on a second computer and we are in the process of another 30 day trial. I think I have like 20 days left on this second installation. We are working diligently in completing our testing before the expires. We will make our purchase shortly within the next few days.
Regards,
Mike

Hi Mike,
I would like to see the communication log of the modem, see http://www.diafaan.com/how-to/log-modem-problems/ for instruction on how to enable communication logging. You can send it to the email address, can you please also include the serial number of your license? I can't find your details in our license database.

Hi Henk,
Every 14 seconds we are receiving blank SMS messages in the receive logs in the gateway. No data at all. I am looking at the logs and when selecting any of the blank messages within the Receive Logs, the From, To, and Message is actually blank. However, actual receiving messages are received properly but for some reason we are still getting these blank messages every 14 seconds.
Regards,
Mike
