Hello Alexandro,

Occasional timeout errors from the modems are not unusual. Sometimes it indicates that the connection to the network is unreliable, but most modems have occasional timeout errors.

If you are not using the latest version of Diafaan SMS Server I recommend that you upgrade to the latest version. Earlier versions of Diafaan SMS Server are using a modem command that does not work well on some LTE modems on the 4G network.

Hello I have a problem with the 32 port modem, every so often the modem restarts and an error like this comes up.

Timeout error, no or unexpected response after GSM Modem command

Reset modem connection.

This happens with a 32 port 4g modem pool. Also when I enable the modem to connect only to the 4g signal the diafaan sms can not connect, only the diafaan works on 2g and 3g networks. Do you know what is the reason for this problem?
