New features
* Option added to increase the maximum message send speed. This option can be used on (rooted) Android phones that do not have the default Android SMS send speed limitations.

Improvements
* Support added to send messages without Status Report Request (delivery confirmation).
* Added (untested) support for signal strength in CDMA and LTE networks.

Bug fixes
* AT+COPS mixed up the command for a network name and network code.
* Fixed bug in logging, command AT^LOGLEVEL did not work.
